Tenancy Induction – Signing The Lease

Once you have been approved to lease the property, you will be required to enter into a binding Residential Tenancy Agreement.

Newcastle Property Management will prepare the Residential Tenancy Agreement along with supporting documentation such as entry reports, photocopy of the keys being provided and bond lodgement application.

Before signing the lease, we will send you a link to pay directly to the Rental Bond Board your Bond which is the equivalent to 4 weeks rent.

At the appointment to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement, the Property Manager will ensure that you fully understand the terms of the agreement and your responsibilities and payment of 2 weeks rent in advance by the tenant.

Tenants will also be issued with our exclusive tenant handbook that covers most situations that could pop up during your tenancy period.

For the Tenancy Induction we ask you to allow 1 hour to go through all paperwork thoroughly.
